At Victory Outreach, we have dedicated much of our ministry to developing the personal lives of young people.  We have innovative strategies to reach todays youth. 

With the many obstacles that face our young people today, we provide a place where they can find answers and learn to live their life with purpose.

The G.A.N.G. offers a variety of experiences such as; dynamic preaching, building positive relationships, mentoring, Bible Studies, group outings and much more.
